Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days .  When the products are shipped tracking information will be sent via email.  Please verify your address and ensure it is correct at checkout, as this is the address that orders will be shipped to.  

All orders are shipped via USPS.  We only ship within the United States.  

Once a package is shipped, and a tracking number has been sent, shipping is then controlled by USPS and is out of our control.

~The Quality of our products~

- Our products are 100% soy wax candles. They are handmade and made with the best of ingredients. Soy wax is used for non toxins of the air, also helping our environment. Unlike other candles made with paraffin wax or beeswax, soy wax is the only wax that doesn't carry pollutants. Soy wax burns longer unlike other candles. It is vegan friendly and also a renewable source from our environment. 

~Why is it in a tin?~

- We chose a tin for our product since we are using soy wax which is used to burn longer. We wanted to make sure something can hold the heat unlike glass. Only burn the candle for 2 hours each segment so the tin doesn't get too hot. 

~The Slogan~

- Our slogan "Giving light to your world." The slogan has a much deeper meaning to it. The light an be represented as anything. The light could be from the product or the light can be from your positivity. Anything that you can think of because our product is all about you. Based off Aromatherapy, our products is about the calming of the mind. 

~ Don't have to light the Candle~

- We have been gaining a database from customers saying you don't have to light the candle and since the wax is organic it holds the essential oil very well. Therefore you don't have to light the candle. Take the top off and enjoy the aromatherapy scents.
